We normally SHIP all in stock items within 7 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are by usually shipped via UPS and actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone. (in most cases it averages 2-3 business days; 5 business days to California) Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon it's arrival in our warehouse. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. No additional freight charges will be incurred on any items backordered. Please understand that these are our best estimates of actual delivery times...they are not guaranteed delivery times. Deliveries during the busy holiday season may take considerably longer.
CANADIAN CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: Items shipped to Canada will be shipped via Priority Mail in order to reduce or eliminate brokerage fees.

CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER MUST BE BY PHONE ONLY DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS (9:00 AM--5:00 PM Mon-Fri)
LISTED FREIGHT CHARGES WILL APPLY TO ALL ORDERS SHIPPED PRIOR TO OUR RECEIVING YOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE BY PHONE. E-MAIL CANCELLATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. IF YOU REFUSE AN ORDER WHICH HAS BEEN SHIPPED TO YOU PRIOR TO OUR ACKNOWLEDGED RECEIPT OF YOUR CANCELLATION, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR BOTH THE FREIGHT CHARGES TO YOU AND THE RETURN FREIGHT CHARGES BACK TO US.

Returns on all items will be accepted for 30 days and a full refund to your credit card will be given for all merchandise returned in original saleable condition, with the exception of specific items listed below. Items returned without all original packing materials, law tags, etc. will not be accepted.
Special orders of items that are not usually stocked, fabric, and all custom orders are not returnable.
YOU MUST CALL 201-666-1080 FOR "RETURN AUTHORIZATION" BEFORE RETURNING ANY MERCHANDISE. MERCHANDISE RETURNED WITHOUT A PROPER "RETURN AUTHORIZATION” WILL BE REFUSED OR RETURNED TO YOU AND NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN.
Items, which have been authorized for return, must be returned within 30 days of authorization.If an item has been replaced by us as an accommodation without charge while we are awaiting the return of your incorrect/damaged merchandise, you have 30 days to return the original merchandise to us. After 30 days, if the merchandise has not been returned, your credit card will be charged for the cost of the items not returned.
We will gladly refund shipping charges on all defective merchandise, but all other shipping charges are not refundable.
